Huangyan Power Supply Bureau: infrared thermometer escort the power supply for the middle school entrance examination
|
The annual high school entrance examination is approaching, coupled with the continuous high temperature weather in recent days, the power load is increasing. In order to ensure the power supply during the examination, at around 7:00 p.m. on May 28, the staff of Ningxi power supply and distribution business office of Huangyan Power Supply Bureau prepared for a rainy day. The infrared thermometer was used to conduct a "physical examination" of the transformer in the area to prevent high heat and detect the equipment failure.
It is reported that the infrared thermometer is accurate, fast and intuitive, and the diagnosis technology can "measure the temperature" for the transformer and other equipment without contact. In order to ensure the accuracy of data measurement, the staff of Ningxi substation make use of the peak power consumption at night to patrol the transformer site, carry out the infrared temperature measurement of equipment joints and key parts, and make a detailed record of the measurement results. 。 Especially for the public transformer and high load distribution transformer of Ningxi middle school, increase the times of inspection and temperature measurement to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment. At present, it is found that the pile head temperature of a transformer is too high, and it will be recorded in detail soon, the causes will be analyzed in time, and the rectification plan will be determined.
In the future, Ningxi substation will designate special personnel to conduct infrared temperature measurement for the transformers in its jurisdiction on a regular and irregular basis, so as to ensure the reliability of residential power consumption during the midsummer.
